2008 saw the celebration of South African Freedom Day at Le Meridian Mina Seyahi. Despite the heat, thousands stood in a lengthy queue, not wanting to miss out on the action! Our Beyond the Beach stand was a big hit for those who needed hats, shorts, t-shirts and sunnies! Our adorable Iguana stole the show with the “Guess the Iguana’s Name” competition. Congratulations to Josh De Beer who successfully guessed his name – it was George!
